Healthy & tasty treat: Almond butter cookies
If you're looking to satisfy your sweet tooth without going on a sugar binge, whip up a batch of these almond butter cookies! They're quick, easy and DELICIOUS. Plus, you only need five ingredients. This recipe yields 15-20 cookies, so you'll have plenty to share.

1 cup almond butter (creamy works best!)
1 1/2 cup of oats
1 large egg
3 tbsp coconut sugar
1/2 cup of honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix all of the ingredients together in a bowl, then roll dough into balls and place on sheet of parchment paper. You don’t need to press them down too much! Make a “cross cross” using a fork (optional!) Cook for about 10 minutes. Bakes about 15-20 cookies!
