Easy Snack Recipe: Energy Bites

  • 1 cup oatmeal 
  • 1/2 cup nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)
  • 1/2 cup flax seed 
  • 1/3 cup honey (or agave)
  • 1/4 cup cocoa powder 
  • 1 tsp vanilla 
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 2/3 cup coconut flakes

Mix all ingredients in a bowl together. You will really have to use your hands to make sure the PB and honey mix well into the other ingredients. Throw in the fridge for 30 minutes then roll into small balls!
