Yoga improves the lives of inmates in Argentina

The benefits of yoga know no bounds. Regardless of a person's gender, size or location, yoga can help them find balance and turn negative energy into gratitude.

In fact, the 48th Penitentiary Unit of the San Martin state prison in Buenos Aires brought yoga classes called "Moksha" (yoga in jail) to the inmates, and yoga has started changing their lives.

"During the two-hour class, you forget about your problems,' said Lucas Roldan, a 33-year-old inmate who has been in prison for the last eight years. 'You feel free doing yoga, you leave the world.'"
